TOLUCA
In a field 60 km outside Mexico City’s Centro Histórico lie the remains of a devastating hurricane. Exotic specimen of fallen guanacaste, yukas, and fresno carefully plucked from the remaining forest with great care as to not disturb the surrounding ecosystems await milling. A process that can take years from start to finish. There's a certain beauty that only time can create. The process that our Toluca workshop has developed allows us to harness the wood’s authentic character in the creation of our designs, all the while reducing our carbon footprint.
Our work aims to honor the life of a tree and its worthy journey through earth, turning it into an expressive work.

By strategically sourcing fallen timber instead of using intensive forestry methods, we actively reduce the carbon dioxide in our atmosphere. In this way, each of the creation from our Toluca workshop enriches the environment. The full integration developed by our team allows completely control over the operation, from sourcing, to processing, to the socially responsible manufacturing of our furniture. Our exotic woods are processed individually in a way that maximizes their value and uncovers their natural beauty. Ultimately, each piece is entrusted to the skilled hands of our master craftsmen to achieve the peak expression of the material.
